RAZIN Projects LLC was established in amman in 2023 to provide the Jordanian market with extensive solutions in Architecture and Construction Management, following an all-encompassing approach that covers all project phases, starting from creating the design idea to delivering the project.
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of Architecture/Construction, our team was able to implement various projects that reflect our unparalleled excellence, prime services, and systematic approach.
Over the years, RAZIN succeeded in establishing itself as a leading entity in the field of design and architecture. Following the latest and most advanced technologies and methods, allowed the company to enhance the quality of buildings' architectural design, defining the standards of high-quality services.

Our team follows a unique approach to projects, viewing each project as a living being, in the sense that it grows and develops from being a mere idea that goes through research, evaluation, and feasibility studies, to being an architectural project that is designed, implemented, and operated. In all projects - whether their idea was generated in-house or not - our team seeks to leave a mark on its profile and its client’s legacy.
During the Archi-Construct process, our team works closely with top-notch vendors and highly skilled craftsmen to create vibrant and superior projects, ensuring a seamless design and build process and keeping clients at peace of mind knowing that their projects are in good hands.
Our vast experience and previous work have granted us a broad understanding of all project elements and allowed us to explore and develop every small detail to end up with a design that goes in line with the project’ size and type, tailoring each project to clients’ needs and preferences both from the inside and the outside.
OUR METHODOLOGY
Following a set of well-defined procedures in the design management phase, we start with studying all surrounding conditions, while conducting intensive research, code reviews, site analyses, and functional programs. Ultimately, we produce a comprehensive design visualization, construction drawings, timelines, technical specifications, and details, creating a reference to ensure that the building phase is going as planned.
During the implementation phase, our work continues with an integrated set of effective tasks that enable us to monitor and manage work processes to ensure timely completion of every project phase, while achieving all clients’ needs and preferences
This cannot be achieved unless everything is well prepared including the Tender documents, specifications, Bill of quantities, applying value engineering principles, QA and QC, site supervision, and PMI standards.
